Strategies of Teaching
In fact, this is one of our primary focuses. We have certified English Faculty and we create Bridge Course, Reading Programs, Phonetics, and English Improvement Program for students. Speaking English is compulsory. Teaching will be in English and learners will pick up the nuances of the language. Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) is a unique program that is being introduced to motivate the children to read for rest of his / her life. In addition to Main Library, a Digital library is being planned with lot of Articles/Books that mainly focus on English grammar and Fluency. Computer Lab and Internet will be used as a tool to enrich the child’s fluency in English. Some of the additional strategies being introduced are:
- Developing writing skills
- Building vocabulary
- Newspaper reading (Indian as well as American Newspapers)
- Spelling Bee programs
- Develop General knowledge as part of Reading
- Watching English documentaries & Children Movies
- Group Reading (Reading out loud)
- Book Club
AAA maintains class and activity records of each student to measure the progress. The worksheets, grading for all class activities, report cards, emails inform parents of their child’s progress. Grade wise meetings are called and parents are informed. Student Portfolio is maintained. A student profile is created at the time of admission and each month it is updated with subjective records.
Role and distribution of Sports and Extra Curricular activities
Equal emphasis on academics, sports and co-curricular activities will be the motto of AAA. Younger students will have more of games like Kho-kho, dodge ball and various other games depending on the interest. We will build the confident that the child can learn the skills because he or she is willing and not necessary that the child has to be smart.
The learning environment, curriculum, attention to grooming, hygiene and opportunities at AAA is developed to make your child competitive in academics, sports and extra-curricular activities while developing creative thinking and exploration. More»
